My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and generally clean, equipped with a fridge stocked with water and tea/coffee facilities; however, my room wasn't ready for check-in despite requesting an early arrival. The service was helpful, especially in English communication, and the location was convenient near major tourist attractions. The dining experience was generous with a variety of options, and the facilities met my expectations.
